Gary Cooper he was one of the most popular actors of his day. He is mentioned in the song "Putting on the Ritz" the line is "Dressed up like a million dollar trouper
Trying hard to look like Gary Cooper Super duper" as sung in the great comedy "Young Frankenstein". Acouple of his best movies were "The Pride of the Yankees" (1942) & "Sergeant York" (1941) & He was extremely Photogenic. Thanks for the comment!
